The Clarence Hollow Association is now taking orders for custom address plaques designed to reflect the character of our community. Proceeds support local events, beautification projects, and neighborhood programming.

Annual Clarence Hollow Scarecrow Festival
🎃 18th Annual Clarence Hollow Scarecrow Festival
Display Dates: September 27 – November 2, 2025
Location: Main Street, Clarence Hollow
Registration Deadline: September 27
Prize Announcement: October 3
Prize Pick-Up: Hollowfest at Clarence Town Park – October 4 at 12:15 PM
Scarecrow Removal Deadline: November 2 (remaining scarecrows will be disposed of on November 3)

How It Works:
Create your scarecrow at home, school, or your workplace
Register by September 27 to be eligible for judging and prizes
Choose your preferred light post location (first come, first serve)—a map of numbered posts will be provided
Secure your scarecrow using zip ties, rope, or bungee cords (no tape allowed)
Keep your scarecrow family-friendly, weather-resistant, and well maintained
🏆 Judging is based on creativity, quality, and visibility. Winners will be notified by phone/email and posted on Facebook by October 3.

Join us for an evening of live jazz under the summer sky as the Asa Ransom Concert Series continues with a performance by The Jon Lehning Quintet.
This free community event brings together great music, local charm, and neighbors of all ages on the beautiful lawn of the historic Asa Ransom House.

Spring Mixer at the Clarence Town Park
Join us for a special evening of music, community, and celebration at the Clarence Hollow Association Spring Mixer!
Enjoy live performances from Jack Civiletto & April Mazzone, delivering a double feature of iconic hits—from Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé to Norah Jones and Donna Summer.
Appetizers will be passed by some of our favorite local Hollow restaurants while you mingle on the beautifully rebuilt Town Park patio.
We’ll also take a moment to honor the Clarence Parks Department for their dedication in crafting the patio space in-house, and share a brief overview of how the Clarence Hollow Association works year-round to support the growth and spirit of our community.

Bob Lenz Memorial 5K Walk/Run
Run or walk in memory of Bob Lenz, a devoted member of the Clarence Hollow community. This 5K is a celebration of Bob’s legacy and a chance to gather together for a cause close to his heart. Whether you’re an avid runner or just want to show your support, we welcome all to join us. Proceeds from the event will support the Clarence Hollow beautification efforts - a cause near and dear to Bob.
